Unfortunately I am out on maternity leave and not accepting counseling clients at this time. More information regarding opportunities for group work is provided below. For individual, couples, or family therapy, you are welcome to join my waitlist, but please be aware that I do not plan to restart my practice until late in 2022. Once I start reaching out to folks on the waitlist, I will give you more information about my practice and discuss how we can move forward working together.

NAVIGATING LIFE TRANSITIONS

Course Description

This six-week group course will help you build an understanding of the psychological, emotional, and physical impacts of going through transitions.

We experience transitions regularly throughout our lives, but most often we do not have the time, nor tools to process how they impact us. These changes affect our identity, functioning, relationships, work life, personal growth, and sense of well-being. In addition, many people have experienced challenges related to the pandemic.

Whether you perceive transitions as exciting, difficult, or both, this group will help you build awareness in order to understand and navigate these situations. You will learn new tools while connecting with others who are also seeking to build similar skills.

When

Thursdays from 6:30pm - 8pm

January 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, February 3rd, & 10th

Where

Due to ongoing health and safety concerns related to the pandemic, this group will be offered online through telehealth. A secure link will be sent to participants before the start of the course.

Registration

Course Cost: $480

Payment will be processed in full the day before the course starts.
